Please read these terms alongside our store policies. By purchasing from Integral Academics you agree to the following.

Independence & VCAA disclaimer

Integral Academics is an independent educational resource provider. Our trial exams are original practice materials and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority (VCAA) or any other examining body. References to “VCE” and subject names are used only to describe the courses these materials are designed to help students prepare for. Our papers are not official VCAA examinations.

Digital products

All products sold on this website are digital PDF trial exams delivered electronically after purchase. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. If you experience a problem accessing your download, please contact us and we’ll put it right.

Refund policy

Because our trial exams are digital products delivered instantly, we are generally unable to offer refunds once your files have been accessed or downloaded. This is standard practice for digital goods and is noted at checkout.

That said, we will always help if something has gone wrong. You may be entitled to a refund or a replacement if:

you were charged incorrectly, or bought the same item twice by mistake;
your files are corrupted, will not open, or the wrong product was delivered; or
the product is significantly different from how it is described.

If any of these apply, contact us at info.integralacademics@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, include your order number, and we will make it right. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Licence & acceptable use

Your purchase grants you a single-student licence to use the trial exam for your own study.
You may print copies for your personal exam practice.
You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or reproduce our materials for commercial purposes.
Schools purchasing for students should contact us to arrange appropriate access.

Marking & feedback

Marking is provided as an optional service for exams purchased from Integral Academics. Feedback, predicted study scores and predicted ATARs are estimates provided in good faith to support your preparation. They are not official results, do not guarantee any particular outcome, and should not be relied upon as a prediction of your actual VCE results. Turnaround times are indicative and may vary during peak periods.

A predicted study score is provided for each exam you submit for marking. A predicted ATAR is only calculated once you submit at least four completed subject exams, which allows us to estimate it more accurately. If you submit fewer than four subjects, you will still receive feedback and a predicted study score for each exam.

No guarantee of results

Our resources are designed to support your preparation. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific academic result, study score or ATAR.

Privacy

Information you submit through our contact and submission forms (including your name, email and any files or links you provide) is used solely to respond to you and to mark and return your work. We do not sell your personal information.
